The Crazies that are the Greens- and me their mom.

A blog about the adventures of being a mom with two sets of twins 20 months apart. Oh yeah, and the randomness that is me - their mom. So welcome, and enjoy the ride.

11:29pm

So my hubs is egging me on to go to bed due to me not feeling well, what he's not taking into consideration is the 3-4 hour nap that I took late into the afternoon completely obliterating the evening. I should follow his advise to at least lay down but I'm also contemplating since the WHOLE house is in bed sleeping should I go ahead and clean since I'm wide awake and the house is filthy. I mean filthy does not even cover how nasty my house has gotten.

I have a ton of clothes to fold (which reminds me save lisa's detergent recipe) finish cleaning the dishes and ktichen, pick up all the toys and throw them in the trash pack and play, and vacuum....

I tried to set up a page for this page on my FB and completely failed and this is set up to share to my regular FB page and I can't even find where I unlink that so that I can link it to the other facebook page. Confusing I know.... If you got lost with that then just rewind and forget I ever wrote it.

I think I'll try to fold some of the laundry before I go to bed. I'm a really bad housewife and a mediocre mom. At least that's how I'm feeling in reference to letting this happen to the house.

Then the hubs comes down to tell me to go to bed, so I guess I'm going to bed lol night all

  1. I think you are doing a great job and maybe you should mention the added stress of being an active duty USAF Wife

  2. I know I've said this to you before, but it's true... one day we'll be old, and our children will be grown and gone, and we'll look around at our clean houses and just cry. So relax. The time they get with you, and the time you spend making sure you stay sane during the time they get with you (a.k.a. Mommy's time), is far more precious than a dirty house. But I do understand. I have to remind myself all the time. And you're an awesome mom, Kim. And a wonderful friend. I love you.
